Where else can you get an excellent steak at a good price that you can cook yourself?

From the outside you'd think this was a normal, ordinary kind of steak house, but when they bring out the raw steaks you know you're someplace unique! 

Not only does this keep the prices reasonable, but it gives everybody something to do. Of course, they'll cook it if you ask them but it takes away some of the fun then.

Southbound: Take the 101 to Linden Avenue. Turn right at the stop sign at the end of the ramp.  At the stop lights go straight and The Palms is three blocks up on the right. 

Northbound:  Take the 101 to Casitas Pass.  At the top of the ramp turn left.  When Casita's pass ends on Carpinteria Avenue, turn right.  At the next light (Linden Avenue) turn left. The Palms is three blocks up on the right.
